Also, much of the work undertaken by Wonk Software Technology is covered by non-disclosure agreements. Sadly, this limits our ability to shout from the rooftops about projects we have previously worked on.

Digital Audio Mixer Proof of Concept
A manufacturer of digital audio mixing consoles sought help to implement a simple proof of concept for their next generation console architecture. Historically, consoles had been implemented using a mix of proprietary 8051 microcontroller hardware, and COTS PC hardware, running desktop operating systems, communicating over multiple serial intefaces.
The concept for the next generation hardware was to break the console into modular components, that could communicate using an internal Ethernet network. Wonk Software Technology worked with the client to identify suitable hardware components and implemented the basic proof of concept software.
